To Kegel or to Vaginal Rejuvenation

Vaginal Rejuvenation also known as vaginoplasty is the process of the tightening of the inner and outer muscles and structures of the vagina enhancing vaginal muscle control, strength and tone.

Kegel is a Pelvic floor exercise which consists of repeatedly relaxing and contracting the muscles that control the flow or urination keeping in mind the end goal to reinforce these muscles particularly to control or anticipate incontinence or to improve sexual responsiveness amid intercourse.

Kegel or Vaginal Rejuvenation?

Doing Kegel exercises will do nothing to tighten loose tissues or reshape the labia.  Kegel exercises can be a great way to strengthen your pelvic muscles but it is not an option or a substitute for vaginal rejuvenation.  But it still depends on how much tightening you are looking for and how lax your muscles currently are.

Why Vaginal Rejuvenation?

Most people think that by taking up Vaginal Rejuvenation means they want to have a better sex but that’s not true.  Most of the women who undergo Vaginal Rejuvenation have nothing to do with sex.  Some of them have a leaky bladder issue, tampons falling out, scar tissue around vagina and experiencing a weird sound while doing exercises.  Vaginal Rejuvenation can cure these issues but if you want to do kegel first, you should try some of kegel's exercises.
